Once the tutoring needs of the student have been discussed, the student will be placed on the calendar twice a week at the same time according to tutoring availability. | Mondays /Wednesdays or Tuesdays /Thursdays |

• Tutoring sessions are available in increments of 1 hour or 30 minutes.

• All tutoring sessions will be conducted virtually via ZOOM. 

• It is recommended that students receive tutoring at least twice a week for at least 9 weeks during the academic school year in order to see effective results. 

• All tutoring session sales are final. 

• All parents must have a valid email address for the zoom link to be sent directly to the email address on file. 

• Students, please log into the tutoring session on time. If you are late for your session, time cannot be extended. (Example: If you are 15 minutes late, then you will only have 45 minutes for your session.)

• No parents are allowed inside of the tutoring session. Parents, please allow your child and I to have this time set apart together. This time is used to build confidence and to help your child to have a better understanding of the material that they need help with. 

• Small group tutoring is available. | Example: Two students who are in the same grade and both need help in math can be in a small group together. 

• The student should always be stationary in a quiet, distraction free, and noise free setting during the tutoring session.

• Students are more than welcome to have headphones or earbuds during their session to help cancel out any noise.

• Please make sure the ZOOM APP is downloaded to the smart device being used for tutoring. This will ensure that students are able to use the virtual learning platform to the fullest. 

• Please make sure the device used during tutoring has access to the email address on file and is fully charged.

• All students should be dressed appropriately and have their camera turned on during their tutoring session.

• Be alert, industrious, and make sure that you are always putting your best foot forward.

All tutoring payments are due by the end of the week each Friday to secure sessions for the following week.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process and confirm all payments. An electronic receipt for all payments will be sent to the email address on file.

 STUDENT CANCELATIONS

If the student has to cancel, a payment transfer for one day will be conducted. Payment transfers are allowed once per month by the student. 

Example:  On Friday, Mary paid for Johnny's sessions in full for the following week. Johnny is scheduled  to come to tutoring on Monday and Wednesday at 4. On Monday, Johnny gets sick and can not attend his scheduled session. Therefore, Monday's payment will transfer to the following Monday next week. Johnny is also sick on Wednesday as well. However, Wednesday's payment will not transfer over to the following week because payment transfers are only allowed once per month by the student. Therefore, Mary will still owe for one session next week. Monday's payment transferred over, but Wednesday's did not. 

*When a student is absent from tutoring, all lessons and student work will be sent to the email address on file within 24 hours for the student to complete.*

MS. TAYLOR CANCELATIONS

If I have to cancel, a payment transfer for one day will be conducted. There is no limit on payment transfers if I have to cancel.

Example: On Friday, Mary paid for Johnny's sessions in full for the following week. Johnny is scheduled  to come to tutoring on Monday and Wednesday at 4. On Monday, Ms. Taylor has to cancel his session. Therefore, Monday's payment of $30 will transfer to the following Monday next week. On Wednesday, Ms. Taylor has to cancel again. Wednesday's payment of $30 will transfer to the following Wednesday as well. Therefore, Mary will not owe for Johnny's tutoring sessions for the following week.
